I enjoyed two of my favorite things tonight: volleyball and fish tacos. Not much to comment on volleyball except that it was a blast and I am very, very glad the weather decided to be nice so we could play in the sand. I guess some things don't change the older we get: I loved playing in the sandbox as a kid and I love playing in the sandbox as an adult.
Now, my thought on fish tacos in general is rather simple and straight forward: don't bread the fish!!! It's already wrapped in a tortilla so we don't need a second layer of breading around the fish. And, if you have to disguise the quality of fish you are using in my tacos, then I would rather not partake thank you very much. My thought on the fish tacos I had tonight is also rather simple: mmm, delicious!

ditto on the fish tacos. You should try Lonestar Taco on Ft Union Blvd. So yummy and FRESH! No breading on theirs.
